Architectural Review Submission Form - NOTE: Once complete, submit to Homeowner portal.

-> Log into the Homeowner's Portal

-> On the left side of the screen go to "Requests"

-> Under "Requests" choose the "ARC"

-> Download the ARC fill-able PDF.

-> Rename it "ARC Address of Home MM/DD/YY"

-> Complete the PDF and fill out the short online form

-> Upload the PDF and any other photos or documents related to the request.
