HOA Fine Structure Guidelines
Storage and Recreational Vehicle Parking Guidelines and Request Protocols
Architectural Review Submission Form - NOTE: Once complete, submit to Homeowner portal.
1. Download the "Architectural Review Submission Form linked above.
2. Enter all required information.
3. Save the completed PDF on your device and name it "ARC Request for (enter your address)."
4. Log into the Westwood Homeowners Portal.
5. Go to your Dashboard.
6. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click the "Submit a New Request" button.
7. At the top of the open page, Click "ARC Request."
8. Complete the short form so that there is a record of progress on the request and the project.
9. Go to the "Upload ARC Form and other Documents" at the bottom and use the "Select Files." option to add the form and any other items.
